We have a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns are subject to the following conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original state, including all packaging, accessories, and documents. Valid proofs of purchase include order screenshots or invoices. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect the items in your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, fresh flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products.
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Handmade DIY products may inevitably have handmade traces, which are considered minor imperfections by default. Unless there is a quality issue, customized DIY products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We sincerely apologize that promotional products or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the original product and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the EU
Notwithstanding the aforementioned provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund to your account.
